In 2020, we were honored to be hired by Sziget Festival to create and manage a brand-new stage dedicated to hip-hop culture. However, like many projects at the time, COVID-19 forced us to put the plans on hold. Fast forward to 2022, when we finally brought this vision to life. The result? One of the most successful daytime events at the festival, attracting thousands of attendees from around the globe.

A Full-Service Approach to a Hip-Hop Experience

Our role went beyond curating an exciting lineup. We took on the challenge of shaping the entire experience from program planning to marketing communication. Here’s how we made it all happen:

  • Program Curation: We built a schedule that celebrated hip-hop in all its forms, from live performances to dance battles and showcases. The stage became a hub for both local and international talent.

  • PPC Marketing: Driving awareness and ticket sales for the event was a key priority. We ran a targeted PPC campaign that reached hip-hop fans worldwide, creating excitement and boosting festival attendance.

  • Content Creation: Our team produced dynamic, engaging content across multiple platforms to keep the buzz alive. From artist highlights to behind-the-scenes footage, we ensured that the excitement for the event reached festival-goers even before they arrived.

  • Graphic Design: Our visual identity for the stage was as bold and energetic as the culture itself. We created eye-catching designs that spoke to the heart of hip-hop, helping the event stand out both online and at the festival.

  • Video Production: Video content played a significant role in building momentum. We crafted promotional videos, teasers, and live recaps to capture the essence of the event and share it with a wider audience.

The Result: A Stage for the Ages

By the time the festival ended, our hip-hop stage had earned a reputation as one of the most vibrant and diverse spaces at Sziget. Thousands of people flocked to it daily, making it one of the festival’s standout daytime attractions.

This project was a true test of our ability to deliver under challenging circumstances. It was a reminder that with passion, planning, and a commitment to creativity, even a two-year delay can’t stop a great idea from thriving.
